Product Description
At the beginning of every year, it is important for organizations to demonstrate their commitment to training and development by communicating with their stakeholders, particularly employees, regulators, and clients, that they have planned to train for the year as part of their overall strategy for improving employee competence, training, and awareness. This provides a higher level of overview of what training program to expect for the year.
This is quite different from a training matrix, which goes further to schedule training for each employee based on their training needs, tracks the execution, and ascertains each employee’s training status and overall completion of the planned training programs. A simple training plan that gives a quick overview of a yearlong training calendar provides a high level of focus for planning budgetary allocation.
SHEQXEL training plan is a simple template for listing the training programs, the mode of training, the person who will carry out the training, and when training will be carried out within the year to communicate with stakeholders about planned training for the year. This helps to build a training topic library for scheduling and staying ISO compliant. The features of the template are as follows:
The approved list is the setting section where users must update their set parameters, such as training modes (classroom, online, mixed, and practical), the list of statuses, such as open and closed, and the list of tutors. These parameters are used as a drop-down list on the training schedule.
The training schedule is the main working area where users must list their entire training topics and plan which mode of training, who would carry out the training, and when in the year training will be carried out. Users can then track the closure of each planned training.
The dashboard gives an overview of the training completion score as users close the trainings as planned, the completion score of each training topic, the number of trainings closed and opened, and the number of training modes planned and closed. The dashboard is made up of a progress chart and bar charts representing training program scores and counts of training closed, and column charts for training statuses and modes.
The other reports are the list of planned training, the various training modes, the statuses of training, the monthly report, and the training completion score. These reports can be utilized for sending reports to top management without tampering with the dashboard.
This is the best tool for showcasing a training calendar for the year.
