The NC, CAPA & Action Plan is the sheet for logging all NCs, types of nonconformance, root causes, corrective and preventive actions, action status and action plan. This sheet automatically populates major and minor NCs as users complete their audit. The sheet has a slicer for filtering out the blanks, columns for assigning responsible person to close an action and providing action priority, action deadlines to automatically estimate days due or overdue. It is also conditionally formatted with color codes for action priority, action open or closed and days due or overdue.
The Dashboard is dynamic and beautifully made of clattered column chart to represent the various compliance levels of each section of the management system and a stacked column chart representing the number of Compliances, Major and minor nonconformance snd OFIs with a progress chart representing the overall audit score.
The Quality Compliance sheet gives all the elements of the quality management system and their levels of compliance and compares against a 100% target to provide an overview of how an organization has performed on various sections.
The Compliance, NC and OFIs are presented in unique counts on a table to give an overview audit performance.
