Amazing to go through Manager, Officer and Lite version of this PMT. Manager and Officer are lookalike same. I think that lite version should be OFFICER VERSION because there must be some different between manager and officer level and approach.
otherwise, it is a huge work, very helpful for managers specially.
It can be easily communicated to Top Level management including clients too.
