Terms and Conditions
SHEQXEL Affiliate Program (the “Program”) is a long-term affiliate partnership that enables Qualified Users to earn a 30% Commission by recommending our Products to Eligible Referrals. To participate, you must agree to these Terms and Conditions (the “T&C”)
Definitions
“Products” means SHEQXEL Premium Templates (excluding add-on custom services).
“Qualified User” means someone who meets all of the following conditions:
- Any user of the Products, who is a customer of SHEQXEL, who registers in the Program and promotes the Products using his/her Referral ID.
“Referral ID” means the unique referral identification number assigned to a Qualified User by SHEQXEL
“Referred User” Any potential customer to whom a Qualified User has referred any non-confidential information about the products using his/her Referral link.
“Eligible Referral” means the first purchase of Product from SHEQXEL by a Referred User closed within 30 days of the date of referral excluding add-ons or customized services all to the Referred User
“Purchase Amount” means the amount paid for by an Eligible Referral, paid within 30 days for online purchase or 30 days of the date of invoice for an offline purchase (wire transfer)
“Reward” means a cash reward of 30% commission.
Summary of the Program
- You first need to be a Qualified user of SHEQXEL Products to register on the Affiliate Program to become an Affiliate.
- Once approved, you will thereafter be provided your Referral ID for promoting any of our premium templates through a referral link.
- Your Referral ID will be used to associate you with your referrals, track your referral process until your Referred User makes a purchase thereby converting to an Eligible User.
- As a member of this program, you become a partner to SHEQXEL and shall receive the needed support to enable you to successfully promote our products to your Referred User into becoming a customer.
Direct Link Tracking
We offer Direct Link Tracking, so you can skip the referral link (e.g.? ref=123 or /ref/123) when you link directly to our site from your https://website. You can submit a direct link for your own website in the Settings tab of your Affiliate Area. We’ll review your direct link submission, and when it’s approved, you’ll no longer need to use a referral link when linking to SHEQXEL.com directly from your site! Awesome!
Referral Cookie Lifetime
- When a potential customer clicks on your referral link, a cookie is stored in their browser to track your referral. The cookie is then stored for a generous 30 days to give your referred customers time to decide if they wish to purchase a SHEQXEL Product or ask us any pre-sale questions they may have. A referral won’t be awarded if:

- The customer uses a different browser to purchase than the one they originally used to visit our site (because the cookie does not exist in that browser)
- The customer purchases after 30 days (because the cookie will expire).
Refunded Purchases
Referrals older than 30 days and in good standing (i.e., the purchase has not been refunded) will be included with each commission payout (if the commission balance totals $100.00 or over). If a purchase is refunded, a commission won’t be paid out for that referral.
Taxes and Fees
If you receive a Reward under the Program, you are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees resulting from it.
Release of Liability
By participating in the Program, you release SHEQXEL from all liability, including, without limitation, all liability with respect to any and all Rewards.
Severability
If any provision in these terms is held to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, such provision (or the part of it that is making it invalid, void, or unenforceable) will be struck and will not affect the validity of and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Termination and Change
- SHEQXEL may suspend or terminate the Program or a user’s ability to participate in the Program at any time for any reason.
- SHEQXEL reserves the right to suspend membership or deny any Rewards if we notice any activity that we believe is abusive or fraudulent. We reserve the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend membership or modify referrals as we deem fair and appropriate.
- Below are just a few reasons why an application may be rejected (this is not an exhaustive list):
- Affiliate applicants with websites that sell, advertise or engage in pornography, phishing scams, spamming, illegal business practices, or that include any material infringing on National or International Copyright will be rejected.
- Affiliate applicants with websites that we do not believe are aligned with our industry or business may be rejected.
- Affiliate applicants with websites that re-sell any of our products will be rejected.
- Websites considered inappropriate by SHEQXEL will be rejected.
- The following types of sites are not permitted to become an affiliate: adult sites, sites that display adult material or banners, sites that promote violence, hatred or bigotry, sites that promote or engage in illegal activity. Affiliate applicants such websites will be rejected, and we reserve the right to choose whether or not to provide a rejection reason.
Questions Regarding Your Application
- When you apply to become an affiliate, we may email you at the email address you have supplied with some questions regarding your application. This may be because:
- We didn’t understand something in your application, or,
- We’d like to learn a bit more about how you will promote SHEQXEL and need some more detail.
- If we reach out to you and we haven’t heard back within 7 days, your application may be rejected. If your initial application is rejected, you are welcome to reapply to become an affiliate and provide us with more detail for reconsideration.
Rejected Referrals
We reserve the right to reject affiliate commissions for any reason. Commission rejections may occur for the following reasons:
- The sale that the referral was based on was refunded
- The method by which the referral was generated was in violation of our promotional policies (see below) or violated the spirit of the Affiliate Agreement.
Dormant Affiliate Accounts
We encourage all of our affiliates to actively promote SHEQXEL products to keep earning referrals. If we can help you come up with ideas on how to promote SHEQXEL products, please let us know – we’re here for you! An affiliate account is considered dormant if no visits have been generated after a 6-month period.
A dormant affiliate account will be temporarily deactivated if no visits have been generated after 6 months. But we don’t even want to go there right now, right?! Let’s work together to help you start earning some cash!
Allowed Promotional Methods
- We encourage the use of promotional methods that add value to SHEQXEL and bring us legitimate, loyal customers.
- We love it when our team of affiliates blog about our best HSE Excel Dashboard Templates!
- Here are a few examples of awesome promotional methods to earn more commission:
- Tell clients, customers or friends about SHEQXEL, and give them your affiliate referral link
- Write a review or a blog post about our products, or how it has helped you and link to our site with your referral link
- Reach out to a broad audience with your social network accounts. Tweet about us on Twitter with your affiliate referral link, post about us on Facebook with your affiliate link, or communicate to your Linkedin followers about affiliate marketing with your affiliate link. Spam-free promotion is a great way to get more referrals!
- Provide value to others by answering related questions on other sites with helpful responses, and using your referral link in your replies.
- Please let us know about any activity you do! We may be able to help you out with resources or more information to ensure the content you are providing to your audience is factual and valuable.
Prohibited Promotional Methods
- SHEQXEL may not be promoted on coupon or deal sites. Additionally, we do not offer affiliate discount codes.
- Promoting incorrect or misleading information. Any promotional activity that shares incorrect or misleading information will result in affiliate account deactivation. This includes false information intended to click-bait potential customers. If you are unsure of the correct information or details for promoting SHEQXEL, please contact us.
- Paid advertising using your affiliate link is prohibited.
- Buying ads through services like Google AdWords, social ads, or retargeting ads and using our brand keywords and your affiliate link will result in affiliate account deactivation.
- Any type of spam is prohibited. Links, ads, emails, comments, any type of spam. Please respect the posting rules of any 3rd-party websites you use to promote SHEQXEL. P.S. This is not an exhaustive list of spam methods; if we decide that your activity is spam, it’s spam.
- Any illegal activity or activity deemed offensive by us is prohibited. This may result in referrals being rejected and/or your affiliate account being deactivated. See above for awesome allowed promotional methods!
- We’re flattered, but please don’t pretend to be professionally associated with SHEQXE Affiliates aren’t employees of SHEQXEL, and have no employee rights.
- Pretending to actually be SHEQXEL is prohibited. Please don’t do this. Cloning our site, copying our site, using our copyrighted site assets, and pretending that a site created by you is an official SHEQXEL site is unethical and prohibited (this includes using services that automatically clone websites, or place them into iframes). If you need content or specific graphics, please ask, and we may be able to provide it to you. We also have banners which can be found in your Affiliate Area!
- Again, false promotion to customers that you are endorsed or operated by SHEQXEL is prohibited (and ethically uncool). If you’re unsure or concerned that some activity you’re about to proceed with may be considered prohibited, please ask us.
Consequences of Using Prohibited Promotional Methods
If your promotional methods step outside of these terms, your referrals may be rejected and we may disable your affiliate account. We reserve the right to take this action and may or may not notify you in the instance that this occurs. We recommend using good promotional methods as described in this agreement to avoid any potential referral rejections and/or account deactivation!
Affiliate news and updates
By becoming an affiliate, you agree to receive emails from SHEQXEL. These emails will be sent to affiliates only, on an ad-hoc basis, and may include important information regarding the SHEQXEL affiliate program. These emails will also provide you with relevant news and updates to help you effectively promote SHEQXEL products.
Updates to these T&C
SHEQXEL can update these T&C at any time without prior notice. If SHEQXEL modifies these T&C, we will post the modification on our page, and such modification is effective upon posting. Continued participation in the Program after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification.
